I appreciated the friendly and helpful service I had received at the time I visited the store. Thank you

Great fast service

Easy to shop online. I was searching on the web for a black and white top to take on vacation. Your product was perfect for my needs and reasonably priced. Service was excellent and I received the garment promptly after ordering.

Very happy to buy at Equinox. I haven't used the online service, but I'm sure it would be excellent as well.

The jeans arrived promptly and were nicely packaged. They were a correct fit for the stated size which is unusual these days, and they are made of a pleasantly soft fabric which makes them very comfortable.
I haven't worn jeans for many years so I am delighted with these, and they are an excellent look for an octogenarian.

Always friendly & helpful staff in the store

I enjoy shopping at this store because of the variety of garments you offer especially in cotton. The staff are always helpful and friendly. I have often recommend your shop to my friends who might live out of the area and may not be aware of it.

I was looking for something for my daughter-who lives in Melbourne-and was from winter stock. The search for the cardigan was done with true customer service.
When I went to Kent town to collect it, I purchased something for myself with what I would call” good old-fashioned customer service”.
Very rare these days-I have been a client for some years at the Walkerville store-but now I know about Kent town “ I’ll be back”

Nice quality clothes and very helpful assistant. Going back Friday to pick up another item.

Service was great. I love the quality of the fabric and the make of everything. Service is lovely also.

I’m delighted with my beautiful shirt from Equinox.
